Freddy Krueger suffers the same fate as the infamous melting Nazi from Raiders of the Lost Ark in this fun time-lapse video from artist Steven Richter, who melted down crayons to create a bust of the Nightmare on Elm Street slasher and then blasted it with heat.
Freddy’s demise here is strikingly similar to the aforementioned scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark, his face gruesomely melting away and exposing the skull underneath the Crayola gore.
Practical effects. You just can’t beat ’em!
