Sharkmob Announces Battle Royale Title Using ‘Vampire: The Masquerade’ License

With all of the games coming out using the World of Darkness license, Sharkmob’s upcoming game is probably something not many people expected. The studio, which was founded in 2017 by former Massive Entertainment and IO Interactive developers, is currently developing a multiplayer battle royal game using the Vampire: The Masquerade license.

No title has been revealed for the project, nor have any platforms been announced. However, the game is set to be released in 2021.

In the announcement for the title (which also includes a promo trailer), Sharkmob describes the game as “[a] thrilling take on a cult classic intellectual property.” The game will have the various vampire sects in the Vampire: The Masquerade universe go at it in a war across the streets and rooftops of Prague. Players will be able to choose their playstyle, go solo or together, battling rivals and a hostile entity that’s intent on exterminating all vampires.
