Rohan Blair-Mangat Directing Sci-fi Movie ‘One Night in Compton’ for Paramount Players

The plot details are being kept under wraps at the moment but THR reports this week that Paramount Players is behind an upcoming sci-fi movie titled One Night in Compton.

Kenya Barris (“Black-ish”) is producing the “sci-fi action” movie, with Rohan Blair-Mangat (Quibi’s “Centerpiece With Maurice Harris”) on board to make his feature debut.

Stanley Kalu is writing the mysterious movie’s script.

THR notes, “[Paramount Players] wants to ramp up quickly as it moves in a new direction, focusing on creating genre films from unique, contemporary voices and properties.”
