Squirrel Flower Releases New Single ‘I’ll Go Running’

Squirrel Flower has unveiled a new single called ‘I’ll Go Running’. It’s the latest offering from the singer-songwriter’s upcoming sophomore albumm Planet (i). Check it out below.

“’I’ll Go Running’ is about the darker side of being an artist – the pressure to make things brand new, shocking, to give everything away and open yourself completely without always getting intentional listening and consumption in return,” Ella Williams explained in a statement. “To be vulnerable to a knife. But it’s powerful to offer yourself and your art without fear, which is what I try to do with this album. That’s why this is the opening track.”

Planet (i) is set for release on June 25 via Polyvinyl. Previously, Squirrel Flower shared the lead single ‘Hurt a Fly’.
