Janelle Monáe Releases New Song ‘Stronger’

Janelle Monáe has released a new song called ‘Stronger’, which appears in the new animated Netflix series We the People. The show, which was produced by Barack and Michelle Obama, also features contributions from Lin Manuel-Miranda, Cordae, H.E.R., Adam Lambert, and more. Listen to ‘Stronger’ below.

Since releasing her 2018 album Dirty Computer, Monáe has shared the song ‘Turntables’ as part of the voter suppression documentary All In: The Fight for Democracy, and offered her take on ‘He’s a Tramp’ for the 2019 live-action remake of Lady and the Tramp. In addition to starring in the 2020 film Antebellum and the second season of Amazon’s Homecoming, she also recently joined the cast of Knives Out 2.
