Twenty Years After Her Death Aaliyah Has A New Single with The Weeknd ‘Poison’

A “new” song by Aaliyah has hit the airwaves, two decades after her death. “Poison,” which features singer-songwriter The Weeknd, was unveiled on Friday. It’s the late singer’s first release since her 2012 single ‘Enough Said’. The record serves as the first single from Aaliyah’s upcoming posthumous album, “Unstoppable,” which her uncle and former manager Barry Hankerson confirmed in August will be released next year.
