Kanye West and Beach House Spotted in the Studio Together

Kanye West and Beach House appeared to have hit the studio together. After releasing 16 tracks off his new album Donda 2, the rapper posted a series of photos on Instagram that show him working alongside Beach House’s Alex Scally and Victoria Legrande. West also tagged the duo’s account, captioning the post with an ocean wave emoji. Check it out below.

Donda 2 producer John Cunningham confirmed the validity of the photos on Twitter, although it’s unclear when they were taken. Beach House, who released their double album Once Twice Melody earlier this month, played shows in Madison, WI and St. Paul, MN during the week.

Ye isn’t the only hip-hop artist who has taken interest in the dream pop duo. The Weeknd sampled ‘Master of None’ for ‘The Party & The After Party’ on his 2011 debut mixtape, House of Balloons, while Kendrick Lamar sampled ‘Silver Soul’ on ‘Money Trees, off 2012’s Good Kid m.A.A.d City.
