‘Welcome to Wrexham‘ is the brand new sports documentary series coming to FX featuring Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds. They take viewers into their journey of owning a struggling football club and their experience of connecting to the townspeople of Wrexham. It shows McElhenney and Reynolds’ purchase and stewardship of the Welsh football team Wrexham AFC.
“In 2020, Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds teamed up to purchase the team in the hopes of turning the club into an underdog story the whole world could root for,” reads the synopsis. “The worry?
