Lainey Wilson Maps Out Massive ‘Country’s Cool Again’ 2024 Tour

Lainey Wilson will spend the bulk of 2024 on the road as the breakout country star has announced her Country’s Cool Again Tour, hitting amphitheaters across North America next summer.

“Nothing gets me buzzin’ like putting on a show and singing along with the crowd,” Wilson said in a statement. “I want to give a big thank you to all of the fans who have continuously showed up and showed out this year. We can’t wait to see you nationwide on the Country’s Cool Again Tour!”

For the tour — which kicks off May 31, 2004, at the Ascend Amphitheater in Wilson’s now-native Nashville — the singer will be accompanied by special guests Jackson Dean, Ian Munsick, and Zach Top at select shows. The tour will keep Wilson on the road through November 15, when she’ll wrap up the jaunt in her birth state of Louisiana.

The singer/Yellowstone actress has enjoyed a breakout over the past year, with Wilson scoring CMA and ACM awards in addition to a string of hits: “Heart Like a Truck,” features on Hardy’s  “Wait in the Truck” and Jelly Roll’s “Save Me,” and her latest smash “Watermelon Sunshine.”

Wilson’s appeal has also spanned genres, as she’s performed at both AmericanaFest and Lollapalooza in recent years. “Timing is everything,” Wilson told Rolling Stone in our Grammy preview. “When I moved to Nashville in 2011, in my camper trailer, I was too country for country. And so it’s crazy to wrap my head around the fact that people who don’t even listen to country are listening to me….”
