On November 7, 2023 philanthropist John Pasquale is set to be honored by the J. Luce Foundation at 30 Broad Street in NYC at the 24th Annual Autumn Evening Preview & Awards Reception. The festivities will take place from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. Pasquale will be honored for his advocacy and charity support to the organization he created “Let Me Help, Inc.”
The J Luce Foundation & Orphans International is a 501c (3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to providing an inclusive, supportive and fun environment for children of all ability levels to play and learn. Including those with sensory disorders, ADHD and learning disabilities. It is also committed to the family as a whole with programming for parents, as well as their children. The Luce Foundation is celebrating the Complete Playground and indoor recreation ground developed by Alex Reznik on Broad Street in New York City for both typical and children with disabilities.
Additional honorees include executive director, Lorraine Silvetz, MSW and Chief Science Officer, Robert Silvetz, MD, for their non-profit, Global Stress Initiative’s continued donation of treatment for veterans, service members, domestic violence and other survivors of trauma struggling with PTSD, entrepreneur Alexandr Sasha Gegera and artist Tatyana Horoshko who launched “Portrait of Freedom” dedicated to supporting underprivileged children through art, and, last but not least, philanthropist and entrepreneur Decosta Headley for his continued enhancement of the quality of life for his constituents in Brooklyn providing employment, scholarships, affordable housing, increased public services, and senior centers.
Pasquale’s Let Me Help, Inc foundation started hearing Covid after the passing of his mom has the mission “to spread music and joy and illumination to the human soul, while helping others.” Pasquale has raised money for “The Children of the World” through several 6 hour virtual celebrity benefits as well as live celebrity galas. As well as being a philanthropist he is also an entrepreneur and owner of Pep Real Estate, an actor, and producer.
