Trailer: Disney+ Coming Of Age Drama ‘Out of My Mind’

Disney+ has released the trailer for Out of My Mind, it’s latest coming-of-age dramedy about a young girl with cerebral palsy entering a regular classroom for the first time.

“Melody Brooks, a sixth grader with cerebral palsy, has a quick wit and a sharp mind, but because she is non-verbal and uses a wheelchair, she is not given the same opportunities as her classmates. When a young educator notices her student’s untapped potential, and Melody starts to participate in mainstream education, Melody shows that what she has to say is more important than how she says it.”

The film stars Phoebe-Rae Taylor, Rosemarie DeWitt, Luke Kirby, Michael Chernus, Courtney Taylor, and Judith Light, with Jennifer Aniston voicing Melody’s inner voice. It’ll debut on Disney+ November 22.
