In the film, “As an evil takes over the world beyond their front doorstep, a mother (Halle Berry) and her twin sons find their only protection is their house and their deep-rooted family bond. Needing to stay connected at all times — even tethering themselves with ropes — they urge each other to never let go. But when one of the boys questions if the evil is real, the ties that bind them together are severed, triggering a terrifying fight for survival.”

You can watch a deleted scene featuring a monster that was cut from the film exclusively on Bloody Disgusting.

In Meagan Navarro’s review, she wrote, “Through fairy tale whimsy, recurring snake imagery, a stunning Southern Gothic production design from Jeremy Stanbridge, and a remarkable cast, Never Let Go elevates a barebones, well-trodden concept. It’s unafraid to get dark and mean, removing the safety net for all, and refuses to overexplain its themes or the evil itself. It’s a smart approach when tackling a horror movie, asking questions about blind faith and belief.”

Never Let Go is currently available on Digital.
