With offices across all English-speaking time zones, Alessi’s agency is renowned for its meticulous attention to detail in securing top-tier talent for the industry’s leading professionals.
Alessi has worked on over 300 notable projects, including Fight Club, Oppenheimer, and collaborations with industry giants like Steven Spielberg and Lucasfilms, cementing her reputation as a sought-after specialty casting expert. Beyond her professional work, Alessi is a dedicated volunteer, actively contributing to numerous organizations and serving as a party chairperson in her local community.
During the quarantine, she embraced a new challenge by learning to captain her own blue water sailboat, showcasing her adventurous spirit. The potlucks before each rehearsal have inspired her to cook and get healthy with the Weight Watchers program. Passionate about old things and nature, Shannon and her husband Andrew have saved three 1920s homes from demolition. She co-authored a book about her century-old community and is working on a guide for home shoppers to refresh and remodel. Gina Marcione was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. Her father, a television director with a passion for food, inspired her love for cooking. She fondly recalls the joy on his face after preparing family meals, akin to a child opening a present on Christmas morning.
After studying architecture, art, and language, Gina participated in an architecture study abroad program in Italy. She eventually left school, learned Italian, and immersed herself in the food and wine culture of Italy. Years later, she returned to the U.S. to help her parents run a small deli. Today, Gina owns Blue Table, a wine and cheese bar with a deli. She has catered for celebrities like Ozzy Osbourne and the Kardashians.
Gina continues to love traveling, the arts, and exploring new ideas. She is learning to sing with the Lake Sirens, a group of six women who share a bond over music and community. Windy Wagner is the professional singer of the Lake Sirens, a seasoned session vocalist from Los Angeles. She has lent her voice to songs for renowned artists like Britney Spears, Selena Gomez, and Barbra Streisand, and performed in over 450 songs for the TV show Glee, various films, TV shows, and commercials, including a long stint singing for Barbie.
Windy’s musical journey took an inspiring turn when she formed the Lake Sirens with friends, showcasing their hidden talents. The group started harmonizing at potlucks, leading to performances at private parties with superstar Rick Springfield and an incredible opportunity to perform at Jazzfest with Anders Osborne.
Windy’s husband, renowned drummer Chad Cromwell, was producing Anders Osborne at Olive Grove Sound when Osborne mentioned needing female background vocals. Windy seized the chance to involve the Lake Sirens, leading to their performance in front of 10,000+ people at Jazzfest.

Sharon Woods, the newest member of The Lake Sirens, was born and raised in Canada but now calls Southern California home. She has raised three successful children while building a thriving technology business as CEO of ITS, Inc., leading a team of 25 and serving over 500 regional businesses. Her commitment to community and corporate responsibility is central to her endeavors.
A nature enthusiast, Sharon spends her free time gardening, exploring farm-to-table recipes, and studying medicinal plants and herbs. She enjoys crafting tinctures and distilling essential oils, combining her love for nature with a curiosity about healing plants. Raised in a family passionate about travel and the outdoors, Sharon thrives on new adventures and embraces the beauty of the natural world.
