IFC Films has released the trailer for Armand, the upcoming U.S. debut of the acclaimed thriller drama, which stars Renate Reinsve. Norway has selected the movie as its official entry for Best International Feature Film at the 2025 Academy Awards.
Armand will hit U.S. theaters on February 7.
“When defamed actress Elisabeth (Reinsve) is abruptly called into a parent-teacher meeting after hours, she is presented with scathing allegations that trigger a tangled web of accusations between parents and faculty,” reads the official synopsis. “As Elisabeth struggles to uncover the truth amid the empty school rooms and dark corridors, a chaotic fight for redemption arises where desire, madness and obsession prevail.”
