Sounding a bit like the classic Goosebumps story The Haunted Mask, THR announces tonight that Disney+ is developing a live-action supernatural comedy titled Spooked.
THR details the Halloween-set comedy:
“The storyline involves a Halloween night gone awry as trick or treaters are transformed into whatever costume they are wearing.”
Peter Foott has been set to direct the film for Disney+, and he’s also rewriting a script that was penned by Tyler Burton Smith. Producers include Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich.
