‘Alien Xmas’: Stop Motion Netflix Special from the Chiodo Bros Coming Down the Chimney in November!

As fans of the Chiodo Bros. (Killer Klowns from Outer Space) may be aware, they released a book back in 2015 titled Alien Xmas, and they’ve been hard at work on turning the tale into a stop-motion animated Christmas special for Netflix. Today we’ve learned that the 40-minute special, directed by Stephen Chiodo, will be coming to Netflix on November 20!

Here’s hoping a trailer is coming down the chimney real soon.

The film is executive produced by Jon Favreau (Elf).

“When a race of kleptomaniac aliens attempts to steal Earth’s gravity in order to more easily take everything on the planet, only the gift-giving spirit of Christmas and a small alien named X can save the world.”

The book was written by Stephen Chiodo & Jim Strain and illustrated by Charles Chiodo.
