Bella Thorne’s Revenge Thriller ‘Girl’ Gets November Release

Screen Media announced today that Chad Faust’s feature directorial debut thriller Girl will open in select theaters November 20 before arriving on VOD platforms November 24th.

“In Girl, a young woman (Bella Thorne) returns to her small hometown to exact revenge on her abusive father, only to discover someone murdered him the day before. As the girl searches for answers, she soon finds herself prey to a sinister sheriff (Mickey Rourke) and uncovers a family legacy more disturbing than she’d imagined.”

Faust also stars in the film alongside Bella Thorne (“Scream”, The Amityville Horror: Awakening, Keep Watching, Assassination Nation), Mickey Rourke(The Wrestler, Iron Man 2, The Expendables, Sin City), Glenn Gould (Charlie Zone, In Order of Disappearance, “Cardinal”), Lanette Ware (Taken, “The Wedding Planners”), and Elizabeth Saunders (“Alias Grace,” IT).

The film was produced by Thomas Michael, Shayne Putzlocher and Sara Shaak and executive produced by Jason Moring, Dave Duckett, Joe Ferraro, Jean Pierre Magro, Al Morrison, Lee Nelson, David Tish and Screen Media’s Seth Needle and Conor McAdam.
