“WandaVision” Actress Kathryn Hahn Joins Rian Johnson’s ‘Knives Out’ Sequel

The cast for Rian Johnson‘s Knives Out 2 continues to get more impressive, with The Wrap reporting today that “WandaVision” star Kathryn Hahn is the latest to come on board.

Previously announced, Daniel Craig will be reprising the role of Benoit Blanc, with the cast for the sequel thus far also including Dave BautistaEdward Norton and Janelle Monáe.

Netflix is on board for not one but two upcoming sequels to Knives Out.

Rian Johnson had noted back in 2020 that he was developing a sequel that would center on Daniel Craig‘s detective character investigating a new case, which is likely still the plan.

In the first film…

“When renowned crime novelist Harlan Thrombey is found dead at his estate just after his 85th birthday, the inquisitive and debonair Detective Benoit Blanc is mysteriously enlisted to investigate. From Harlan’s dysfunctional family to his devoted staff, Blanc sifts through a web of red herrings and self-serving lies to uncover the truth behind Harlan’s untimely death.”
