Ed Sheeran Dedicates His Latest Single ‘2Step’ To Ukraine

“Ukraine is a proud and resilient country and I’m grateful to have had the chance to film my video there,” Sheeran says.

Ed Sheeran has pledged to donate the royalties from his 2step music video to a Ukraine relief appeal to honour the country where he filmed it. Sheeran premiered the music video for his song “2step” on Friday, and revealed that he and featured artist Lil Baby shot the clip in Kyiv last year, before Russia’s late February attack on the country.

“Although it was my first time there, I quickly loved the people and the place,” Sheeran wrote on Instagram. “There was no sign of the horror that was to come to Ukraine and my heart goes out to everyone there.”
