Following the premiere of ‘Pearl’ at the Toronto International Film Festival, A24 has revealed the there will be a third installment in Ti West’s horror franchise, entitled ‘MaXXXine’. West is returning to direct, and Mia Goth will reprise her role as Maxine, the only survivor of the elderly Pearl’s rampage in the first film.
“The film follows Maxine (Goth), after the events of X, as the sole survivor who continues her journey towards fame setting out to make it as an actress in 1980’s Los Angeles,” reads the synopsis.
