Will Ferrell Spoofs “Stranger Things” and ‘Army of the Dead’ in Netflix & GM Super Bowl Commercial

Andy Muschietti (Mama, IT, IT: Chapter Two) directed The Flash for DC, and the film will notably bring Michael Keaton‘s Batman/Bruce Wayne back to the screen. Fresh out of the Super Bowl tonight, a brand new trailer has arrived, and it’s LOADED with new footage.

Ezra Miller is once again playing the title character in the upcoming WB/DC movie, which will see The Flash travel back in time and “inadvertently create another universe.” The film will explore the idea of a “multiverse” existing with the DC Cinematic Universe, allowing for Michael Keaton’s Bruce Wayne to serve as something of a mentor to the young Barry Allen.

Keaton of course played Batman in two films: Tim Burton’s Batman and Batman ReturnsBen Affleck‘s Bruce Wayne/Batman will also be making an appearance in The Flash.

Also appearing in The Flash? Supergirl makes her debut appearance in DC’s cinematic universe, the film set to pave the way for James Gunn’s brand new take on the world of DC Comics.

The Flash is set for theatrical release on June 16, 2023.
