The Twilight Saga is returning to TV! The show based on Stephenie Meyer’s best-selling book series is in early development. Currently the TV series is in the works but with no platform at the moment, it is just being described as “in its infancy”. What we do know is that Sinead Daly will write the script and is working with Lionsgate to determine the exact route they’ll take.
We have also learned that Stephenie Meyer is expected to be involved in the adaptation, with Wyck Godfrey and former Lionsgate Motion Picture Group co-president Erik Feig also attached as executive producers. The Twilight series was not only a massive success as novels but also huge in the box office. No word on casting choices just yet but we will bring that to light once it surfaces.
