Justin Bieber just can’t catch a break these days … because he got a parking ticket Tuesday in L.A., and it was all caught on video — and so was his crotch grab!

TMZ obtained footage of the troubled singer walking out of a commercial bank in Bev Hills — only to have a surprise waiting for him on the windshield of his Mercedes G-Wagon parked out front … an annoying parking ticket.

Our sources say earlier, Bieber had difficulties trying to park the sizable vehicle inside a garage because the G-Wagon exceeded the height limit.

We’re told Bieber decided to park the SUV in a loading zone instead — and the vehicle has no front license plate, which is required in California. Clearly, this was a bad decision because a traffic cop came by, wrote a ticket and slapped it on Bieber’s windshield.

This part was captured on video, along with Bieber briskly walking out of First Credit Bank and grabbing the crotch of his very baggy pants.

Although it’s just a ticket, the incident is emblematic of Bieber’s issues lately. As you know, TMZ Investigates recently released a documentary, “What Happened to Justin Bieber?”, and it delves into Bieber’s distressing behavior that has concerned his many fans. The doc also digs into his alleged drug use, marriage problems, financial difficulties and purported affiliation with a cult.
