Indie horror streaming platform Screamify has officially announced its exclusive partnership to launch The Horrored Girls podcast later this summer. Hosted by actors and creators Harley Bronwyn and Geri Courtney-Austein, the podcast is already generating buzz for its playful chaos, killer commentary, and scream queen energy.
Screamify subscribers will get early access to new episodes before they slash their way to wider platforms. The show is set to begin production in August, with initial episodes premiering exclusively on Screamify ahead of wider availability.
“We are thrilled to be the exclusive home of The Horrored Girls podcast,” said a rep from Screamify. “This partnership is all about spotlighting fearless creators and fresh voices in the horror space.
” The Horrored Girls podcast dives fang-first into the genre, mixing deep fandom with unhinged fun. Branded with the tagline:
A scream queen, a scaredy cat, rating horror by thirst, thrills, and nightmares—from H to HORRORED.
Each 30-minute episode features a special guest from the horror universe and includes a rapid-fire film breakdown using the show’s signature chaotic yet insightful rating system:
• Prairie Dog Meter — How much you’ll jump (or accidentally poop yourself)
• Martini Meter — How bangable is the villain?
• Nightlight Meter — How haunted will your dreams be?
The partnership with Screamify reflects both teams’ love for the genre and commitment to lifting up indie creators and unique voices in horror media.
