Dive Into the 70s-Inspired Psychedelic Horror Exophoria from Bayview Entertainment | HNN

BayView Entertainment invites horror fans to step into a psychedelic purgatory with the release of Exophoria, a chilling new vision from filmmaker Kerry McArthur.

In a secluded mountain town, a young doctor—haunted by her own past trauma—encounters two comatose teenagers. Their condition is the result of experimenting with “Exophoria,” a forgotten 1970s hallucinogen with a terrifying side effect: it allows users to inhabit and share the same drug-induced nightmares.

To save her patients, the doctor must ingest the substance herself. By entering the fractured mind of a coma patient, she is forced into a surreal confrontation with a malevolent force that feeds on grief, forcing her to face his demons alongside her own.

DIRECTED BY: Kerry McArthur | WRITTEN BY: Kerry McArthur
STARRING: Kate Webb, Yvonne Josine Syfchuck, Ryan Neufeld

Blending atmospheric tension with the visceral “trips” of 70s-era psychological horror, Exophoria explores the thin line between medicine and the macabre.
Exophoria will be available on Digital platforms and VOD beginning April 2026.
