It’s never too soon to start celebrating the gifting season, and now Pluto TV is getting in on the “Christmas in July” action. Following in the footsteps of Hallmark’s similarly titled slate and Lifetime’s “Summer of Santas,” Pluto TV has announced a curated collection of holiday fare for those who’d rather live in a snow globe surrounded by packages than sun on the beach.
The newly-launched Christmas in July channel features movies like White Christmas, Prancer, Surviving Christmas, Love the Coopers, and Nothing Like the Holidays, while the streamer’s Mistletoe channel features holiday romance pics like A Christmas in Royal Fashion, A Date by Christmas Eve, and A Holiday Romance.
PlutoTV has also debuted a Festive Fireplace display with holiday music, a 24/7 channel forThe Christmas Light Fight, and a Spanish-language Christmas movies and holiday specials channel. Additionally, its BET Holiday Movies channel will feature titles like The Sound of Christmas, Rolling into Christmas, A Husband for Christmas, Soul Santa, Christmas Party Crashers,and Wrapped Up in Christmas.
