Systemic Reaction have dropped another gameplay video for their upcoming dino shooter Second Extinction, showing from start to finish a “research and rescue” mission. On top of that, the devs have revealed their plans for Early Access, which kicks off on October 13th.
The roadmap (which you can see below) isn’t exactly forthcoming as to what the exact dates are for the additions. But, at least for October and November, we can expect new enemy mutations, mission difficulty settings, a and what’s being called a new “emergence event”. I guess we’ll find out more once the game launches on October 13th.
Second Extinction is also planned for the Xbox Series X and Xbox One, though those dates haven’t been announced as of yet.
