Sony Pictures has given the official release date for Will Gluck’s next romantic comedy Anyone But You, starring Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell. The movie is scheduled to arrive in theaters December 15. There’s been a lot of talk and buzz surrounding this film, so we can’t wait to see it.
Will Gluck is directing from a script he wrote with Ilana Wolpert. For anyone who is unfamiliar with Gluck’s work, he’s the man behind such films like Easy A and Friends with Benefits, as well as Peter Rabbit movies. Alongside Sweeney and Powell, the movie stars Alexandra Shipp, GaTa, Dermot Mulroney, Rachel Griffiths, Michelle Hurd, Bryan Brown, Darren Barnet and Hadley Robinson.
“Set in Sydney, Australia, the film follows two people who loathe each other so much — they can’t resist the other,” reads the synopsis. It shows the two of them going on various vacation hijinks from falling off boats to getting big spiders down their pants.”
