The official trailer for ‘Women Talking’, the upcoming drama film by Sarah Polley, has dropped. It is an film adaptation of Miriam Toews’ novel. It’s scheduled it debut in theatres this December.
“Women in an isolated religious colony struggle to reconcile with their faith after a series of sexual assaults,” reads the film’s synopsis.
It stars Claire Foy, Jessie Buckley, Rooney Mara , Sheila McCarthy, Judith Ivey, Michelle McLeod, Kate Hallett, and Ben Whishaw. Frances McDormand also appears in the film and is also an executive producer.
