Review: Juliana “Petty Boys”

The Florida Latino project Juliana has recently released “Petty Boys” on Tribeca Records, a SohoJohnny Enterprise. The song is a spirited fusion of both Latin and English and features Madeleine Kaye on vocals and John Stewart on guitar.

John Stewart is the director of the original Power Rangers and is the Hollywood stuntman the movie “Fall Guy” was fashioned after. As a stuntman John has broken records jumping 16 stories while on fire. He has numerous credits in the film industry as both a director and stuntman.

Madeline Kay is a talented singer and songwriter. Her sense for the Latino presence is both compelling and captivating, and she does not originate from Latin decent….but you’d never know it from listening to her. She’s feisty and up-beat with a contagious smile.

Aside from his acting career John Stewart is a superb musician and songwriter and along with the vocals of Madeline Kaye Juliana is creating a huge and loyal fan base in the US as well as Brazil, Argentina, and the rest of the South American population. Their music is relentlessly fun and totally danceable. They have a commercial flare, and a great instrument sound.

Juliana has a tight sound unique to them, and you can purchase or stream on Spotify, Apple, Amazon and all the other digital platforms…..

5/5 Stars
