Putting For a Cause! The Randy Jones Foundations; Highly Anticipated 1st Annual Putting Competition. The Nation’s Largest. Hosted at Sycuan Casino & Resort San Diego, California, Oct. 7th & 8th.

The Randy Jones Foundations’ is committed to help further the mission of providing scholarships for their youth athletic program by holding the first Annual Randy Jones Putting Championship. Veterans Green Coffee “VGC” is pleased to be selected by Randy Jones as a participant to raise much-needed funds, under its’ “Good Coffee for a Good Cause “motto. The event, which is presented by EDCO, will be San Diego’s Largest Amateur Putting Championship! The event will be held on October 7th & 8th. finals on Oct 10th. The location will be, Singing Hills Golf Resort located at Sycuan Casino & Resort.

They will be cutting off the registration site at 500 competitors. The top 50 from the qualifying rounds will have their skills challenge in a 36-hole tournament at the Finals. Thanks to their generous sponsors, the first 18 holes to qualify for the finals are FREE!

Randall Leo Jones (born January 12, 1950), nicknamed “Junkman”, is an American Baseball Icon. Was a professional baseball left-handed pitcher. He pitched in Major League Baseball for the San Diego Padres and New York Mets. Jones won the Cy Young Award in 1976. He was known for his sinker and the large number of ground-ball outs he induced.
