Nugget International Film Festival To San Diego
The Golden Nugget International Film Festival (GNIFF) Screens and
host’s in different cities across the world with an annual live screening
and awards event soon to be held in California’s own San Diego one
possible location being San Diego OLD TOWN.
The main focus of the festival is supporting and promoting new
emerging filmmakers and provide avenues and honor for their talent
and hard work. Creating new opportunities for networking,
collaboration, distribution, and continuing education and training. Best
described as being creative – entrepreneurs which for GNIFF means
that we have an insatiable thirst for learning, evolving, and creating.
There is simply no one end goal. This translates into following an
agenda which encompasses advanced communication, empowerment,
continuous learning and development leading to a sustainable economic
development and a sustainable future for individuals, organizations, and
nations across the world. Helping new talented filmmakers’ films be
viewed and connected with experienced filmmakers, and artists, as part of
their education and training also exposing their films to a wide
variety of distribution platforms.
Taraq Qureshi Founder/Artistic Director
A British producer, director, and actor, Taraq gained his education in
filmmaking in London. He has produced three feature films and seven
short films, and also directed his debut feature film and a short film, and
is a leading team member at the Acting for Camera school.
Raza Mallal Director/Producer/Judge
An award-winning writer, director, and producer at Talkinglens
Productions, based in Leeds England. In addition to a Degree in
Business & Commerce, Raza graduated with the Diploma in TV
Production from London and several courses from the NFTS. Award-winning writer, director, and producer.
eng. Ivo Rakitin Chairman
Engineer, computer scientist, programmer, and cinematographer – Ivo
has gained solid experience as a Director of Photography and Camera
Operator, while engaged in two feature films and four short films, along
with sketches, shows, and documentaries. Ivo is also a director and
writer of a completed short film project.
eng. Evgeniya Rakitina-Qureshi Secretary/Treasurer
Engineer, Associate Professor of Information Technology, novelist and
screenwriter of three feature films (one produced & screened and two
under development), Evgeniya is also a manager of the school – Acting
for the camera.
The Team of 360 Studios LTD – Michael W Malott CTA, Sergio M Santoro Dr.B.A., Laura
Vu and Keith Baz Barrows have been added to the USA branch and
covered by Hollywood Entertainment News (HEN). HEN supports Operation Mobility
