Fan Recreates Retro Horror Video Game Art in Cross-Stitch (Which You Can Buy)

It’s always cool when you have talented fans strutting their stuff with their art. In this case, Bryan at STITCH-BIT has been busy during these long COVID months doing up some amazing cross-stitching of video game characters/scenes, including plenty of horror-related ones.

While the majority of these 5-inch by 5-inch pieces are from the NES, SNES and Genesis, there are a couple from the Atari 2600. You’ve got ones from Friday The 13th, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Decap Attack and Castlevania. And yes, you can own them.

The thing is, these are all one-offs, so once a piece is gone, it’s gone. Definitely check these out if you’re into collecting recreations of classic video game art.
