While the rumour that we were hoping for regarding a Prey sequel didn’t pan out, Epic is making it up to fans with making Prey the next free game available on the Epic Games Store.Epic Games Store.
As with the other titles available this year, Prey is free for the next 24 hours. And yes, this version does include the Mooncrash expansion.
The game is set in an alternate timeline where an accelerated Space Race has taken place, resulting in humans taking to space stations far earlier. Morgan Yu is a researcher aboard the space station Talos I, and is left to fend off against the Typhon, a hostile alien force that has the ability to shapeshift into a clone of any inanimate object.
Prey is also available on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One
