‘Evil Dead: The Game’ – “Splatter Royale” Trailer Reveals the New Bonus Game You Can Play NOW!

It appears that Frictional Games’ Amnesia: The Bunker will be needing more time for polish. Originally announced back in December for a March 2023 release, the developer has now announced that the game will now launch on May 16 for Xbox Series, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Set during World War 1, Amnesia: The Bunker will have players taking on the role of Henri Clement, a French soldier who is left behind by his battalion and finds himself trapped inside an abandoned military bunker. But he’s not alone. A deadly creature stalks the corridors, hunting for its next meal.

As Henri, players must navigate the dark and twisted maze of the bunker, using all their skills and resources to outsmart and outrun the beast. But the creature is not the only obstacle Henri must face. The bunker is a labyrinth of twists and turns, filled with traps and other hazards that threaten to end the soldier’s life at every turn.

A story of survival and the will to live, throughout The Bunker, players will experience the psychological horror of Henri’s situation, as well as learn more about Henri as he faces his fears and turns them into belief and hope.

The Bunker will also introduce new mechanics to an Amnesia game. For one, player choice and the amount of freedom has been expanded. There will also be more unscripted events this time, where objects, threats, and resources change with every playthrough. The Bunker will also feature “all-new levels of interaction with the world through puzzle solving and tool handling”. It will be all wrapped in an engrossing atmosphere filled with tension, enhanced lighting effects, and carefully designed sound effects “for a real horror experience”.
