The watch powered by SW200, an automatic movement used by many major brands, delivers the core qualities you look for in a timepiece: a reliable calibre with the benefits of an automatic movement. Size-wise, the watch is quite large, measuring at a formidable 45mm. Yet, in defence of its size, the art on the dial makes it work. It’s intricate and detailed, leading you to an adventure every time you glance at it.
Listed at £695, The Golden Hour is a bargain. Beautiful details like the pristine black leather strap with its matching gold stitching and the hard-wearing sapphire glass add to its quality. Designed by artist Andy Wilx, and hand-crafted in London, it doesn’t get much better for its price tag.
