Leave it to good old Walter to get the wheels moving on Bode’s love life.
At least, that seems to be what’s happening in this exclusive clip for Fire Country Season 3 Episode 10.
Get a taste of what’s to come for the Leone men as Walter kicks off the clip with a classic fishing tale that is as tall as the fish he claims to have caught.

If I were to guess where this clip takes place, I would bet money this moment is right at the start of the Fire Country episode.
Why’s that, you ask?
“The Leone Way” is supposed to be a fishing trip episode with all the Leone men in tow to help ease Walter’s possible illness.
If you read the Fire Country Season 3 Episode 10 Spoilers, you know I speculated that Audrey and Bode would be a hot topic for the Leone men during their trip.
I guess I should’ve shifted my timeline because Walter tackled that topic before the boys ever even made it to the woods.
You may be asking how I know this clip isn’t toward the end of the episode.
That’s because Bode tells Audrey that he brought his grandpa to Smokey’s to get him away from Vince and Sharon, who are fighting about whether Walter is sick or not.

See what I mean? This has to be somewhere at the start of the episode.
Do you know what else is pretty clear from the clip? The chemistry between Bode and Audrey.
Now, I know many of you feel like Bode should be with Gabriela or just be single, but here is an amazing, ambitious woman with a good head on her shoulders.
Why wouldn’t we want that for Edgewater’s hometown hero?
Also, I’ll just go ahead and say it: Bode smiles way more talking to Audrey than he ever did in his drama-filled dalliance with Gabriela.
Listen, I’m not knocking Gabriela because I love her journey of self-awareness, trying to fix the mistakes she made.
Still, you have to admit that she and Bode were, at best, turbulent together.
Trust me. I recently binge-watched the entirety of Fire Country Season 1 and Season 2 to catch up to Season 3.
This means Walter’s pot-stirring antics from those seasons are very fresh in my mind.
All I have to say is that if he is suffering from memory loss, as seemed to be the case at the end of Fire Country Season 3 Episode 9, the Leones are in store for a rough road.
If he turns out to be sick, it will be a heartbreaking few episodes while the family figures out the best course of action for Papa Leone.
We’ll just have to tune in to see where things are headed.
Keep in mind, though, that Fire Country never misses a chance to turn up the tears.
