Ambassador-at-Large Dr. Kenneth Dixon, representing Nations United in the USA/UK and serving as Special Envoy to Zambia, is an influential figure in international humanitarian efforts. He is also an FMI Ambassador for the USA/Zambia and a Goodwill Ambassador for the USA/UK, associated with the WJ Mudolo Foundation. Recently, Ambassador Dr. Dixon traveled from the United States to South Africa to expand his strategic partnerships.
He believes that a coalition of like-minded humanitarian partners is essential for addressing the needs of disadvantaged communities across the continent. During his mission, he is meeting with Ambassador Trevor Bester, who is currently with The Global Chamber on African Trade Rights and Economic Development (GCATRED). Ambassador Bestor is also the Chairperson and Founder of Envico Trading.
Together, they are exploring initiatives in various sectors, including mining, waste management, clean water, medical transportation aviation, agriculture, and security, in addition to other ventures. They are also developing youth classes focused on media learning through platforms like Widu.tv.
As an ambassador for a specialized agency of the U.N., Dr. Dixon takes his responsibilities seriously. He emphasizes that their goal is not merely to discuss positive change, but to actively create it, embodying the metaphor of being “the light at the end of the tunnel.”
Looking forward to his mission in Africa, Dr. Dixon expresses confidence that he and Trevor will put forth their best efforts to support others in reaching their potential. They plan to document their journey and keep the world informed of their progress.
