Watch Hozier Cover the Pogues’ ‘Fairytale of New York’ on ‘Saturday Night Live’

Hozier was the musical guest on Saturday Night Live‘s final pre-Christmas episode of 2024, which was hosted by former cast member Martin Short. He performed ‘Too Sweet’ – the No. 1 hit Barack Obama recently named one of his favorite songs of 2024 – as well as a cover of the Pogues and Kirsty MacColl’s classic holiday ballad ‘Fairytale of New York’. Hozier first appeared on SNL in 2014 to play his breakout hit ‘Take Me to Church’ and ‘Angel of Small Death and the Codeine Scene’. He recently released Unreal Unearth: Unending, the deluxe edition of his third LP, Unreal Unearth.
